01 · Portfolio

Different ventures, one operating thesis.

Each company fixes a specific problem healthcare teams have learned to live with — preparing for the exam, assessing a program, writing the protocol, recording the call. Same team building each one. Same clinical background behind every decision. More ventures in flight.

02 · Origin

The bird that reads the storm before it announces itself.

In the Everglades and along every South Florida shoreline, the white ibis is the most ordinary bird you can see. Gulf Coast lore calls it the hurricane bird — said to be the last to take shelter when the storm rolls in, the first to reappear when the sky clears.

That is the company.

In healthcare, the storm always comes. The disruption is never the surprise — the surprise is always how late the warning arrived.

Beyond our own ventures, we build websites, apps, and integrations for telehealth, MedSpas, mobile IV clinics, physician networks, compounding pharmacies, and custom supplement brands — anywhere the technology has to hold up to scrutiny, not just look good.

05 · Methodology

How we build, in four movements.

Projects vary in scope. The order does not.

  1. Start with how the work actually runs.

We begin with the rules you have to follow, the way the work happens today, and the people who will use what we build — paramedics, instructors, medical directors, billing staff. Most first meetings happen in fire stations and clinic break rooms, not boardrooms.

  2. Compliance designed in, not bolted on.

HIPAA boundaries, state rules, payer requirements, accreditation criteria — all mapped before we write a line of code. The agreements, policies, and data-flow diagrams that protect you live in the first week of the project, not the last.

  3. Ship working software, not slide decks.

Every release is a working piece of the product with monitoring built in. We do not hand over a design file and call it engineering. The same modern web stack we run our own ventures on is what we ship for clients.

  4. Stay on after launch.

Most agencies disappear at handoff. We leave behind clear documentation, a monitored system, and an open door for ongoing support — because healthcare software no one is watching is exactly the problem we exist to prevent.
